All customers must agree to our distribution policies before ordering.
It typically takes two weeks to revive yeasts from cryopreserved stocks and prepare an agar slant for shipping. We ship the slants by airmail using 2-day domestic shipping or equivalent international shipping. To help avoid delays in customs, we include a Commercial Invoice and any other documents requested by the recipient.
